Susan’s extensive experience includes career/transitional coaching, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, retained executive search and operations management. She brings in-depth knowledge and experience as a hiring manager, employment expert, and as a conduit for those exploring how to fold new or long forgotten interests into income generating activities or outlets for creative expression.
Susan has coached and recruited individuals up to C-level executives locally and nationally, in virtually all career areas such as Sales, Marketing, Technology, Ops and Finance. Her industry experience ranges from start-ups to International Fortune 500 companies in the technology, financial services, professional/consulting services arenas. Susan also has Director-level experience in the non-profit sector on a regional, national and international basis.
This broad and deep experience serves to inform Susan’s approach to career coaching, bringing practical yet innovative approaches to those in transition, and to those who want to reignite their career passion, be it in the boardroom, office or an artistic venue.
Susan has provided numerous career transition / job search workshops and individual services. Susan also has been a participant and facilitator of "The Artist’s Way at Work".
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Adult Education and Development from the University of Massachusetts/Boston. She is an active member of the Association of Career Professionals International and the Northeast Human Resources Association.
